The terms for using DockedDeals. This page describes how the service works; it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
The service
DockedDeals provides factual UK price comparisons for Nintendo products: current delivered prices, recorded price history and price alerts. We do not sell products, guarantee prices or availability, and we do not provide purchasing recommendations. Retailer prices can change, and the price at checkout is set by the retailer.
Accounts and alerts
Watchlists and price alerts require sign-in with Google. Sessions are stored in our database and expire as described in our privacy notice. Alert emails are transactional notifications sent via Resend when your rule is met; we aim for timely checks but do not guarantee instant delivery. You can pause, remove or delete alerts at any time from your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service for personal price comparison. Do not abuse sign-in, automation limits or reporting channels, and do not post personal data in public issue reports (see contact).
